Good Morning!

I was in the country this weekend. Look what I got!

A dozen (really) farm fresh eggs for $3!

Since it's already been established that I love eggs, it was a very exciting purchase. Look at the pretty colors. And look at how intensely yellow they are when scrambled. (Remember to cook
slowly over low heat for the best scrambled eggs.)

I feel like I had a Martha Stewart moment. Happy Monday!

me too--love eggs and once you get used to farmer's market fresh you can't go back to over-priced, over-produced health food store eggs. flavor is not even comparable!

They should label each egg with the name of the hen it came from for a truly personalized feeling.

Definitely no more grocery store eggs for me, Leslie!

And maybe they should label the eggs by hen the way Lush does with little stickers of the people who hand make the product. Good idea, Wendy!
